4wardfocus with Aanika aims to help those who are feeling low, vulnerable or a darkness in their lives. Having experienced a lot of ‘bad’ days in my life I know only too well the thoughts of ‘I feel cr*p’ or ‘things will never get better’. After years of therapy I embraced the path of self-improvement by reading and writing motivational speeches and taking multiple counselling courses to improve and better my journey in life. 


Through inspirational talks and various charitable events, I strive to help others in similar situations. Raising a helping hand to those who feel alone and showing them multiple doors of help and happiness is my goal. From victims of domestic abuse to terminally ill sufferers  and their carers, my work has empowered many to live a more positive & meaningful life and it can help you too.
